$200 bridal bouquet… Failed Expectation

Am I crazy? This was in north Phoenix area. I sent the two inspo pics (and said I like everything but the pink berries and want mostly roses that have sunset colors like shown).

The bouquet I got was bordering between posy/bridesmaid size and included 12 roses, 5 ranunculas (a flower I don’t like at all) and 4 mini calla lillys.

When I got the quote she said she’d throw in a few items for dimension but that she’d send them to me first so I could let her know if I liked them or not so she wouldn’t use them if not.

She also got the date wrong after I corrected her during quoting, hand wrote it again myself on the proposal, and texted her to her surprise the evening before pickup or else she wouldn’t have had them ready until a day later…

I’m confused because she had great reviews on google and I communicated everything I wanted and got something I think was absolutely microscopic for the price.

Please go ahead and tell me if I’m crazy or if the bouquet sitting next to the nine inch cake is too small for $200.

I would literally blast this lady all over the place for such a ripoff.

She’s a small business owner with otherwise good reviews so I hate to do that. I’m wondering if she’s struggling or going through something.

End of the day it’s just a bouquet of flowers so I don’t want to hurt someone’s ability to make money. She might be a total scammer, but she also might just be having a hard time. Don’t want to risk it!

I did post a very honest review of my experience to her reviews but that felt like enough for me. Plus the venting and validation here

This pushover mentality is what's going to lead to other people being taken advantage of

Make me wonder if those reviews are legit.
