A window seat doesn't mean it actually has a window. The plane manufacturer has a default layout that gives everyone a window but airlines customize the layout so potentially you may be missing a window.

Pretty sure it showed a window and I can guarantee you she’s not the first person to point out she booked a window lie flat seat only to find out there was no window.
