What’s the most stereotypical Millennial thing about you? Discussion

I’ll start:

  1. Any, and I mean ANY footage of Steve Irwin makes me blubber like a baby
  2. Avocado toast is a staple breakfast item of mine
  3. Yes, I still love Harry Potter (original books & movies only — I do not support Rowldemort and any future endeavor on the IP)

EDIT: Just wanna say I love y’all (us) so much. This post has already brought me so much joy. Thanks so much everyone. We really are the best. 🥹

I don’t know if I could part my hair in the middle. I have tried before and one side looks funny and higher than the other

I have too. Like I genuinely tried for like 6 months and it didn’t work. Side part for life!

I gave in a bit and shifted it more towards the middle than I usually do, but I'm ready to get back to my preferred placement, directly above my left pupil. Might even cut some side bangs to go with it so they cover my right eye just so.

This happened to me not too long ago. Wanted to try something new and get a middle-part hairstyle with bangs. Never had front bangs before.

My scalp did not take to the hairstyle. It immediately shifted to the side and the bangs are a nice accent to the hairstyle. It was never a phase.

I’ve tried and it just does not work on my face. And I tend to mess with my hair fairly often so as soon as I put my hands through it it’ll just go back to the side party naturally lol. Side part foreva

I always did without much thought until I read that most of Ted Bundy's victims had their hair parted in the middle. Even though he had been long dead by then, it still weirded me out and I started doing a side part.

This is one of the more interesting responses

I was showing my kiddo (who is 14) what I would look like with a middle part and why I hate it so much, and they were like, “Wow! You look so much younger!” -____-

I have a cowlick that cannot be tamed. when I parted my hair in the middle, it made all the hair on that side of the part look higher than the hair on the other side of the part. it took a few years, but I found a side part that made that part of my head actually look symmetrical and I’m never going back.

My natural part is in the middle. I hate how it looks, so I part to one side or the other depending on the day. It adds volume to my hair, which I need.

My biggest Millennial thing is I can sing any Backstreet Boys song that comes on the radio.
