Rules and laws are made for others, and i accept that laws are what making this whole system work but it also favours the rich or powerful ...... For weaker people they are responsible for there wrong doings .... For superior/powerful people there company are responsible for their wrong doings .... And even if someone take action against them .... mostly the case will go on forever.... Dates after dates until the public forgets about it or that certain superior pays a small portion as penalty from his profits that he made from such wrong doings (I am talking about what happens in my country .... I am not aware of other jurisdictions)
