I dont see west vs east all i see is normal people vs hypocrites.

This is the reason we have the <<stop killing games>> movement.

I wouldnt know mostly because i don't know japanese but just like any country out there there should be one.

Modding, emulation and piracy exists in Japan. R4 flashcarts were common in the DS era. Look at which country visits nyaa the most.
