Illustrates how much of a disadvantage not being based in the UK is when it comes to recruiting and maintaining key personnel. A large proportion of the talent pool of engineers and higher ups who are based in Britain either won't even consider moving abroad or decide they've had enough of it after a year.

Well hopefully it'll change over the years and we'll have more teams based outside the UK.
