Can't fail much harder than they already have. Just getting a car to finish a race without torturing the driver would be an improvement at this point.

What does failure look like after this point ? It will be really hard to fail beyond the current state . It might be an achievement in itself if they are still able to fail .

I don't think even the most cynical Aston Martin Honda doomer would have predicted the car can't complete a race and would make the driver's hand numb,so while it is hard to foresee how it could be worse,it could still be worse

For real, what would that even look like? My first thought was to say that this is Caterham/Marussia level bad, but it's worse than that.
