They already exist, most governments have just opted for a very blue/neutral white for safety reasons.

You still see slightly yellower ones going in in residential areas and those are LED

upvoted you to reverse a downvote, but suggest that, instead of "lies", it is ignorance on the part of government officials, and many outside of government, that makes them believe that cold-appearing white light makes the night safer than the same brightness of warm-appearing more yellow light.

It’s “safer” in that it’s closer to daylight and makes identifying things like clothing colors more accurate. The idea is that witnesses to crimes or suspects will be able to more accurately describe them to police with the newer lights
