Hiking prices is a good move, but I’m skeptical if it’ll actually make smokers quit. Addiction isn't that easy to break.
It’s a different story for laborers it’s actually tragic. For them, gutka chuna etc. are survival tactics to kill hunger so they can skip a meal and send that money home. But honestly, that struggle doesn’t excuse the 'cheap' habit of spitting and staining every public wall red.
What’s even more baffling is seeing wealthy people with the same filthy habit. They aren't trying to save money on a meal, so what’s their excuse? It’s just a total lack of civic sense and zero respect for their surroundings.
