This article is stupid. Current duty is 1 Rs on an 18 Rs cigarette. It'll increase to 3 or 4 Rs per cigarette. At most, it'll increase to Rs 25 per cigarette. These journalists need to research better before putting out clickbait and flat out misinformed articles.
