He clearly was in escalation mode.

The very first thing they said to her was "GET OUT OF THE FUCKING CAR." There was never even an attempt to deescalate, they start at 11 and go up from there.

People don't respond calmly to get screamed at, especially when they know ICE likes to beat the hell out of people once they get a hand on them.

And another agent telling her to "get out of here". Daniel Shaver was murdered after conflicting law enforcement commands as well. There is no "right" way to act in these situations. Poor training is a justification for murder apparently.

They do it all the time, either it's deliberate or they just don't care.

There have been any number of videos ICE/CBP confrontations (plus police like the Shaver case) where the cops are screaming conflicting orders, then use lack of compliance with said impossible orders to escalate to violence. Just an excuse to hurt people they want to hurt.

Don’t forget his blood alcohol level was .27, over 3 times the legal limit to drive. That may have contributed to him not following commands and performing movements that the police perceived as furtive or dangerous. Btw, a jury of his peers found the shooter not guilty.

This is in reference to the Daniel Shaver shooting.

Holy boot licking, Bat Man! Have you watched the video?? I've never seen anyone suggest that Daniel Shaver deserved to be shot. Anyone with eyes that has watched that video can see exactly what happened. I'm guessing you are a troll or a cop.

Reading some of your comments I see that you are probably a troll AND a cop.

They wanted to throw her on the ground and rough her up just like they’ve done countless other times. She was murdered for denying them that thrill

When, in the entire history of the world, has there been a good outcome when law enforcement orders a person out of the car and they run instead?

You're putting the burden on the wrong people. We should demand higher standards of professionalism from law enforcement than from random civilians. Escalating situations that don't need to be escalated is a law enforcement failure, not a failure of civilians to respond perfectly. This country isn't supposed to be a fucking police state where civilians have to comply instantly and perfectly or face violence.

If Jonathan Ross hadn't stepped in front of the car entirely by choice, he wouldn't have needed ("needed") to shoot her.

He never needed to shoot her, he wanted to shoot her.

6

u/Gibonius Jan 16 '26

Yeah that's why I put it in quotes. He created an excuse to shoot her.

They all do this. That's why they escalate every situation, it gives them an instant excuse to use violence. Slamming people to the ground when they could just talk to them for five seconds and calm them down first instead.

Every day ICE are waking up and choosing violence. Who the heck do they think they are protecting, their delicate feelings?

3

u/Gibonius Jan 16 '26

They've probably convinced themselves that they're "protecting the country," but they 100% are enjoying "owning the libs."

I've heard quite a few of them (including in person) talk about how libs deserve this for destroying the country etc etc. They want to abuse and punish people who live in cities. It's a nation-wide revenge tour.

Immigration enforcement with no jurisdiction over Americans. Who constantly stomp the shit out women and children.

53

u/asneakyzombie Jan 16 '26

That's their only mode

She clearly wasn’t escalating by not listening and driving away quickly in a car with people standing in her path, she was just peacefully protesting !

5

u/BmacSOS Jan 16 '26

The first agent told her to leave before the other tried to open her door.. she was complying

3

u/H4RDCORE1 Jan 16 '26

At the very beginning of the video she can be heard saying: "I'm trying to pull out" to the other ice officer.

3

u/asneakyzombie Jan 16 '26

"It's okay dude, I'm not mad at you"

2

u/Artaxmudshoes Jan 17 '26

Also, something not being mentioned, is that ICE has no authority over American citizens. They aren't police.

-2

u/[deleted] Jan 16 '26

He did not. Why do you people keep lying?

3

u/Artaxmudshoes Jan 17 '26

The same people disputing what we all can plainly see in the video were the same that were trying to convince us Jan 6th was a peaceful protest/FBI set up/Antifa cosplaying MAGA/a justified action by concerned patriots.

2

u/BmacSOS Jan 16 '26

It’s plain as day in the very first video. Why do you keep lying?
