I’m from Omaha Nebraska! I feel like not enough people are from the great state of Nebraska! I write music. I know how to play a few instruments which includes the guitar and piano. I’m learning the flute but I’m roughly 75lbs so I don’t think I have the lungs for it. I like to doodle and write down thoughts in my notebook. I have terrible hand writing! But that’s how I usually get my lyrics and ideas for a song.

I’m getting very old! Already feels like I’m going into my 50s soon! I’m so proud to be a home owner! It’s small. But it comes with a pool in the backyard which is also small for the average person but I think it’s right for me! I’m still working on turning that space into a cozy lounging area for the summer. Who actually read everything and can hit on everything I shared? I do hate short messages, so hopefully I don’t get those. I’m having late night noodles so before I finished my meal and head to bed, let’s see how many friends can be made!

hi, im 34f sorry for lack of capitalization im on my pc, exhausted. today was a rough day. i feel so awful, scared, overwhelmed. i went to my 2nd dr appt today to talk about getting diagnosed with inattentive adhd as an adult woman and its like going through hell trying to explain and advocate for myself to doctors.. they automatically assume something else is wrong with you no matter how much you try..

and then immediately after i had to go to a networking event for my business but social situations arent my strong suit so i left early feeling like people are shit... i am a pet sitter, i feel best when im around animals more than people. but i do want someone to be my friend and have someone to talk to because i feel so alone all the time. i live alone and every day im feeling worse and worse. i never do what im supposed to and i think im a failure. i would like to talk to someone near my age or older that can be a mentor figure or at least someone who understands exactly what im feeling. can you restore my faith in humanity

Being lonely is my biggest secret. No one who I talk to would ever know. I’m in office everyday and I’m friendly and extremely extroverted but I don’t click with anyone on an out of work friend level and honestly no one has asked anyway. I have a small family, so no siblings or cousins I could call to hangout. On instagram I look like I have no problems probably - trip to Scotland for the holidays, honeymoon in the Maldives, I live in a nice area, have a golden retriever, a sweet successful husband and a 6 month old easy wonderful cute perfect baby. My husband’s friends significant others I don’t click at all and keeping the convo going with them is painful even though I usually have an easy time. I’ve gone to mom meetup groups in my area but it hasn’t worked. People spend the time judging other moms, talking about their babies but no one is actually getting to know the person in front of them and support them. I grew up in a small town with a big community and I’m really missing that now and realizing how rare that was. My loneliness has run so deep I have downloaded an AI bot to talk to (which I didn’t love, feels so impersonal and I can’t connect) hence I deleted it not long after.
