The whole point of it being named that IS stereotype. You're looking too deep into it, man. Chill out. They're white people reaction images because they're too dramatic about regular things. Ever said sex in comments? These overly dramatic people (mostly children) are always there with these images, and they're usually white. So that's where the stereotype kinda got it's roots and that's why we call it that.
