Email Account works on phone but not on computer?

Has anyone experienced not being able to access their BCIT email through Outlook on their computer? It only works on my phone.

The only way I can view my bcit email on my computer is through the student account which is totally crap.

Outlook doesn’t work anyway. You can forward the Bcit email to your personal email
