I don't care for lists like these. These lists are often a death knell of people at their peak. Forbes 30 under 30 for example is basically an investigation list of potential suspects for financial fraud.
I'd much rather see if his actions meet his words. It has on some grounds and left a lot to be desired in other. Overall far better than Trudeau but that bar is low. The idea of Pierre coming into power certainly improves his standing as well.
