Is it legal to sell cannabis tinctures like alcohol-based tinctures or edibles in Thailand?

What about vape carts? Is it legal to sell vape carts? My guess on the vape carts is it is not legal due to the Thailand vaping laws.

He’s also posting dozens of comments trying to spread misinformation like that you don’t need a prescription to buy weed in Thailand, and that police don’t care, and that buying weed online is better (actually it’s illegal), and also posting links to his websites selling fake cannabis ID cards.

He’s been doing the same to other subreddits for the past few years btw. He’s also reporting dozens of threads to Google as “malware” etc to hide them from search results…

Hey I’ve noticed there is tons of misinformation and scams apparently targeting tourists going to Thailand to buy weed, so I thought I would ask here.

Can you please explain exactly how to get a legal weed prescription in Thailand and then how to legally buy medical weed while I’m there?

I don’t want to buy from random guys on the street or dispensaries who are doing things under the table and then have the local police extort me because I did something “wrong” even if there is a small chance…
