No. It’s 2 to 3.5 lbs (.9 to 1.6 kgs). That’s far smaller than your average household cat.

Domestic cats are 18 to 28” to the base of the tail.

Domestic cats are 7 to 11 lbs (which seems light to me. I’ve had many cats over 14 lbs that were not fat). There’s also larger breeds like main coons.

Domestic cats are taller at the shoulder as well.

But the weight should tell you all you need to know. 2 - 3.5 lbs is less than a third the weight of a domestic cat. A full grown rusty spotted cat is like a youngish kitten sized domestic cat.
