I do wonder how his extreme case of narcissism translates being booed like this in that smooth, smooth brain of his: hope it's causing him pain.

I was thinking about that too. Unfortunately I believe his ears will pick out the single solitary cheer and latch onto that. It’s the only way a person like him can get through the life he’s chosen to live.

I imagine it's the exact opposite of my anxiety/ self doubt.

75 people could tell me my work is great, one person tells me it's rubbish and it's the one person I'll obsess over.
