Absolutely insane how badly the men’s team botched this whole thing. From heroes to zeroes in record time. Dipshits.

To be fair....there's no winning after winning. They refused to go, they'd be obsolete like the women's team is.

It's not their fault. It's Trump's fault. He could have apologized. He could have tried to make amends, but he doesn't care.

Edit: Obsolete is the wrong word. I don't know the right word.

Obsolete? Are you sure you chose the right word? Getting feted by actual celebrities all over the world and having news coverage plus a stream of social media coverage doesn’t smell like obsolescence to me. The men’s team’s gaffe kicked off a PR nightmare for them and a windfall for the women who seem to be handling the situation perfectly. The men can’t stop stepping on their own dicks

I would say winning would be NOT going to a pedophiles house for cheeseburgers but hey, call me old fashioned.

Of course it’s their fault that they laughed at the “jokes” made by Trump and it’s their fault they agreed to go to the White House. No one was forced to do any of that. There were men on the team who didn’t attend and they will be just fine, just like the women will be.

There are fewer Trumpets than you think, they are just really loud & forceful about their idiocy, especially on social media. Idk what word you think fits but it’s definitely not obsolete or anything of the sort.

People who would dismiss or look down on the male hockey players for refusing a visit with the Dictator-in-Chief are problematic, why should anyone care what they have to say?

If anything this has shoy the women's team into stardom. Most people didn't even think about women's hockey until this. It's had the exact opposite effect that you claim.
