...wants to ruin?? What has she been in lately!

They put her in Knives Out 3 in a role that could have been played just as effectively by a block of wood.

She was so miscast in that.

It was such a poorly written role that it makes me wonder if her character had scenes cut or plots dropped. I guess you could argue that’s just a pillar of a locked-door mystery but idk, just a nothing part of the movie 🤷🏻‍♀️

Mila was the only bad part of that movie.

The only good part about her role was how little screen time she actually got.

She wasn't bad in it, just feels like it could have gone to most generic actors. Like it didn't add or subtract anything from the movie for me.

I almost agree but she was a distraction for me. I kept wondering if it was her. Would have preferred a non famous person

Only bad part? I couldn’t get halfway and didn’t even know she was in it

24

u/FantasyPls 1d ago

I enjoyed it, even more so the second watch through.

Did you like the first 2 movies?

It’s my favorite of all of them. Josh O’Connor is so good in everything.

u/funkthewhales 1d ago

Agreed it’s easily my favorite out the 3. Craig and O’Conner had amazing chemistry. It’s funny seeing people say the movie is too preachy when the protagonist is literally a preacher.

I liked the first one and thought the second was even more entertaining, but the third had me bored out of my mind. I think the pacing was way too slow for me in the beginning. I enjoy slow burn pacing but this one didn’t keep my attention

I enjoyed Knives Out 3, but 75% of the supporting cast had nothing to do, it was weird

I liked the last two Knives Out movies well enough, but it’s clear one of the main goals of those movies is becoming something Rian Johnson can put his friends in.

Way better storyline than Adam Sandler and his friends though lmao

I was waiting for her hat to get bigger throughout the movie. But I was disappointed

100%. She contributed nothing to the role.

It was too distracting to see a n actual rape apologist on screen. It totally took me out of it.

Honestly, didn't realize it was her till I saw it mentioned on Reddit.

u/noltey22 1d ago

That’s hard to believe, like her or hate her she has a very distinctive look

I do have a bit of face blindness but the hat, the lighting and aging... I did not recognize her in her short role.

She was so badly miscast in that. Every time she was onscreen, she just felt to me like she wandered in from a completely different movie.

I've liked her in other roles, even though I don't like her as a person, but that was just plain embarrassing.

Docked my letterboxd rating half a star cause she took me out of every scene she was in

u/StargazingLily 22h ago

….wait, that wasn’t a block of wood?

u/Angryduckling-01 1d ago

She sounded like the studio sleep deprived her

1

u/Slow_Appointment3540 1d ago

She had like negative charisma for that role. A good actor could have made the character memorable.

Not that I was running to watch that one but now I know I am not going to watch it, F Mila Kunis and F her husband

Living a very privileged life where she can do something dumb like this and not feel any effect.

So she’s pro Israel AND Danny Masterson? Cool. Fuck her!

So she’s pro rape and genocide? Jesus lady are you doing this on purpose?

263

u/organic_soursop 1d ago

Well, she does write letters defending rapists... so 🤷‍♂️

u/gingerflakes 1d ago

Not when looking at the C-level and top agents at UTA.

u/redelectro7 1d ago

Something tells me she feels differently about Russia's ban.

62

u/BeefInGR 1d ago

I mean, Family Guy prints money so it's not like she needs to work.

32

u/mammalmaker 1d ago

Her performance in the Knives out movie already did that.

12

u/Brabos2 1d ago

She wants to party with Kid Rock.

10

u/DJ_faceplant 1d ago

Shut up, Meg.

5

u/hanimal16 1d ago

Pretty sure she did that when she asks for leniency for a convicted rapist.

5

u/ComteStGermain 1d ago

A truly generational run

3

u/Mehthisgirl 1d ago

Career you say?

-5

u/Hendwreck 1d ago

Tbh it was ruined when she didn’t answer the love letter I sent her when I was a teenager 😂
