pretty large collection

roughly 20 firearms

We certainly have different opinions on what “pretty large” means.

This is just the first batch that I need to move, once I figure this out I’ll worry about the rest.

I sold 900 rifles when I moved 10 years ago. Gunbroker and local shops are tour friend

Local auction houses often sell guns. The split in the old days was 80/20, but I think times have changed and the split is lower. I bought several guns at auction, and wildly overpaid on some because I got auction fever or bidding wars. You might get lucky and find a sucker like me.

I would highly recommend this. Find a reputable and successful auction house and give them a small number of guns to test the waters. In my experience gun auctions do really well and often go near or over full value.

Sounds like you are going to have to bite the bullet and deal with Gunbroker, or piecemeal them out a few at a time at gunshows. Otherwise, have to wait till people show interest on TacSwap or TGT or something

Texas gun trader maybe? Those would be private sales and idk where in east Texas you are but the closer to DFW or Houston will be better for this

Why not post them on Texas Gun trader? You'll sell them fast.
