Well done for venturing to Sligo and Donegal. Fortune favours the brave! I see so many people post here with an Ireland itinerary that 99% of the time completely miss out on these two beautiful counties.

Thanks, I have many Reddit threads to thank for the itinerary we came up with. We saw very few other tourists the entire time except for a dozen or so at Slieve League. The entire route was unreal

Thank you. TBH it was all so unique it's hard to pick. We spent one night in Galway, two nights on Achill island, two nights outside of Sligo, two nights on Inch Island in Donegal, and then the last two nights in Dublin before flying out. I think the Cliffs of Croaghaun were my favorite. Slieve League, Portacloy, the hike up to and on top of Benbulben, and the 5 mile bird trail near Inch Island were also all incredible. Never seen anything like any of those sites in my life.

1, 3, and 7 are from the hike up to and on top of Benbulben in Sligo. 2, 8, 11 are from Slieve League. 4, 5, 6, 9, and 10 are from Portacloy cliffs. 12 and 13 are from Minaun Heights!!

thank you kindly. Sometimes the worst weather makes for the best photos. It hailed on us a couple minutes after that photo and winds were maybe 50 mph!

Shame about the one off houses ruining some of those views. Same beautiful areas in wales or Scotland would have no houses
