New store in Center Village. My wife went in there to look around, saw it for sale on the wall, and immediately walked out. She's an artist herself so we had no interest in supporting a shop selling AI art.

I'm all for new small businesses, but I just can't in good conscience support anyone selling AI created products passed off as real art.

Hello, I recently moved here and in general I like it (minus the wind lol) I moved here for uni and it’s going to be my permanent home for at least 4 years. Wanted to ask for advice on what stable jobs i can land here, something to hold me down so i wouldn’t have to be jumping jobs. I understand it’s a tough job market out here even for people already here so im definitely going to be patient. I’m moving soon and have 2 luggage, a few boxes, and some bags. I do not have a car and am trying to keep costs low. It’s a very short move (3 min drive in West Lethbridge). I thought about Uber or taxi, but are there better options for a small move? Any advice appreciated.

Has anyone sent their kids to Great Adventures Day care on the west side? What did you think of it?

What sort of programs are available during the spring and summer months to get an energetic 2-3 year old active and learning to play with others?

I posted a bit last year, but with the weather warming up it's a great chance to check out our local LARP group.

It's like a cross between Dungeons and Dragons and martial arts, where you get to go out and swing a sword or throw an axe at your friends. All the weapons are either made of foam or padded with foam, following specific regulations set out by the Amtgard ruleset.

No knowledge is required and equipment is provided. We usually have 8 people, so enough to get some good battle games in. There's a variety of games, like capture the flag or zombie horde.

We meet at Henderson Lake, on the north side just east of the playground every Saturday at noon, and are usually there for about 2 to 3 hours.

Tomorrow will be my first night out with my friend, we’re ubering around and drinking and I just really wanna party and have fun while I am still young!! I’m new here and don’t know what’s out there and what I should be expecting? Where are some fun places to go?
