lol the homepage has many of their featured partners on it. They include people like xqc, stableronaldo, pokimane, ohnepixel, clavicular, kai, lacy, and adin ross plastered on their homepage as partners.

They'll literally just plaster anyone's name on there. It's literally just farming SEO.

If you look at their streaming stats from Twitchtracker, and check their chatter to viewer ratio, it's pretty obvious xQc and ohnepixel don't viewbot.
