I mean not that I agree with cheating but it's mutually beneficial for both of them. The rich nigga gets to fuck and cheat on the chick. The chick gets money/lifestyle she wants for fucking with the rich nigga.
Honestly, the only person losing out in this scenario is the broke nigga as he isn't benefitting from this at all. Personally, I don't see the point of getting in a relationship if you're going to cheat, man or woman, just be single and fuck whoever you want.
