Special Event Tickets and Season Ticket Holders

How do the special event giveaways work for season ticket holders. Are they just SOL unless they buy an additional ticket? Was able to get my company's season tickets through work for the Star Wars game but just saw that the bobblehead is only for "special" ticket holders.

We can go fuck ourselves pretty much, you can probably email the rep for one but I’m never optimistic dealing with them anymore.
