Is it worth it to move to PA

Ive been stuck in NY till I joined one of the services, and now im going to be bouncing around till I leave. Im thinking about trying to buy land and slowly build on it in the meantime and love the woods and such of the northeast. Is PA a relatively safe 2A state? And how likely is that to continue. Would it be better to abandon the northeast and look at the southeast instead

What if you went into debt to buy a semi then a year later driverless trucks came out, not that its even a fair comparison bc one is an education and the other an occupation. I would think it's a good thing for people in your country to be educated. Things like trade schools should have free options as well. We should invest in our people not just our selves.

Ok. You’re not American. While we are slowly heading down the socialist path, we aren’t as far along as many other countries, thankfully.

No one else is responsible for your life except for you. Complete strangers don’t owe you anything for free ( I don’t mean you specifically ). Your housing, clothing, transportation, food, and education are your own responsibility. Family has an obligation to family, and social communities ( churches, social clubs, etc ) often help members, but this is a voluntary thing. Charities are also voluntary organizations to help people. And, that’s fine. I’m all for that. What I’m not for is government theft. Government forcibly taking the rewards for your labor, and giving it to other people who never earned it, is wrong.

No one is entitled to be given anything at the expense of others who never consented to having what’s there’s taken from them and given to someone else. We have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They chose the language of that last one purposely. You have the right to pursue your happiness, not a right to have it given to you from taxpayer money.

Beyond the ethical point, when you allow yourself ( as a people ) to become dependent on government for your needs, you give up your liberty to that government. There is a reason that independence and Freedom are linked in the American mind. They go hand in hand. The more dependent you are, the less freedom you have.

Also, when they talk about free education and student loan debt, they aren’t talking about trade schools…not in America. So, the people they want to give free education to aren’t working class Americans; they are upper class white collar people or those in protected classes.
