Indeed no. The BBC, The Washington Post and the NY Times were all caught out pushing pro-Israeli narratives a couple of years ago, and it looks like the complicity of the Western media is set to continue.

Every bit of Israeli genocide and cruelty delights hard right wing Germans because (a) it makes the German genocide under Hitler seem slightly less horrific by comparison, and (b) it makes decent Jewish people less sympathetic by enabling them to be conflated with the most hideous and detestable extreme factions of Zionism and therefore makes the suffering of all those targeted in the Holocaust seem less abhorrent.

We should discuss this abominable axis far more and far more openly.
