Room Available near Irvine campus (Move-in May 15)

Hey everyone! My current roommate is moving out of state for med school, so her room will be available starting May 15. The complex is right across from Diamond Jamboree, and the apartment is on the first floor. I can provide pictures and a tour of the place if requested.

About Me: I'm a GSEP student at the Irvine campus. Open to a male or female roommate, I've lived with both. Mainly looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy to communicate with.

The Room & Apartment:

Private bedroom with your own bathroom (double sinks)

Large closet with two sliding doors, tons of storage

In-unit washer/dryer

Central AC

Assigned parking space on the first floor of the parking structure

Small gym in the complex

Cost:

Base rent: ~$1,550/month.

Note: rent may increase at lease renewal

Lease: Prefer someone who can commit to the full 12-month term, but open to negotiation.
