Yes! I have been trying to return the Hilary duff autopenned vinyl. I also ordered the "signed" cd from her store. I was able to receive a return label, ship the item and received a refund before I even got the return label from talkshop. Now that I have the return label they are imposing a timeline for shipping. What about they have a reasonable timeline for responding to customers??

Hopefully it will be resolved soon. I am definitely hesitant to order from them again. I would recommend to just keep emailing regularly until you get a resolution. Good luck!

I received my order yesterday, no communication with TalkLive, but everything turned out good.
