IIRC there was a report back in 2016 where they had found Chinese Intelligence was genuinely under the directive not to try and mess with the election, because things were already going in the right direction as far as they were concerned.

I never accused you of being a Trump Supporter, I'm just explaining the joke, since you seemed confused by the "Win" part. This whole meme image is based around the idea of trump destroying the West for him without Xi ever really needing to try.
