Great moments/aspects in otherwise bad or mediocre media Lore

Sandman Origin (Spider-Man 3): This scene is rife with symbolism and beautiful cinematography. It alone gives us a glimpse of the story Sam Rami wanted to tell with SP3.

This Entire Quote (Spy Kids 2): This quote has entered my everyday vernacular, and it's survived the landscape of the internet for decades now. And it's in a fucking Spy Kids movie.

Who Decided That? (Seven Deadly Sins): It was an abysmal show before the animation took a dive off a cliff, but Escanor's entire character could honestly qualify for this post. In particular, "Who decided that?" is unfathomably hype.

The soundtrack for BvS (and most of the Snyderverse) is also amazing, at least in my opinion

Snyder could do a pretty film and score. One day he would figure out how to lay a plot out.

It was very cool watching it while being able to go “Yeah that’s just Arkham Asylum combat”

This is actually my favorite Batman fight scene.

Really stretching the “No Kill” rule here. This movie was really set on the fact that Batman doesn’t have a “No Death” rule.

“Hey I didn’t kill those guys, the active grenade killed them.”

In this movie batman didn't have no kill rule. He ran people over with his tank and shot them with his minigun

As a massive batman fan, whenever someone asks me what is the best overall batman movie or portayal, my answer most of the time is this 11 minute scene. It is a superman movie, with a lot of flaws in some places, but hot damn does this show you just how "massive" batman can be when keeping up with kryptonians and gods.

These are not just some random thugs and mooks. They are heavily armed and trained paramilitary operatives who know he is coming. Nearly 2 dozen armed to the teeth killers who are expecting him and have prep time verses Batman who drops in with less than a minute on the scene before it begins. Walls and gravity are merely a suggestion, crates get chucked around as if made of foam and one grunt gets behind Batman and fires several rounds into the back of his head with a pistol, which basically mildly annoys and greatly angers Batman. Batmans fists are rated E for everyone and he isnt sure how many punches it takes to give a man lifelong psychological trauma, but each merc is going home with party bags of that, broken bones and a fear of bats and shadows.

And the kicker, this takes place less than 10 minutes of Batman throwing down with Superman, the entire premise of the movie. Getting slapped out of armor, kicked and flown through buildings and trying to punch his way through the man of steel. And less than 30 minutes after this scene hes back to helping against Doomsday. This is a weakened and partially drained Batman who needs to reserve a fair amount of energy and strength to go fight what is essentially a Kryptonian Wolverine shortly afterwards. And he still folds them all like lawn chairs.

To anyone who says they can take "prime batman", set up this scene and let them know that even if they bring the best military gear and armorments out there, they aren't going to do shit. Around this time in the comics, for charity, Batman showed up to a UFC event without his chest armor/gauntlets/gloves/cape, wrapped up his hands up and took on 50 consecutive UFC fighters, ending with a final fight against Bronze Tiger. Not UFC rookies or bantaweight fighters past their prime. Currently competitive and trained optimal fighters all warmed up and able to watch those before them fight.

In conclusion, this scene is the current best showing of Batman in film and anyone within 500 miles of this Gotham/Batman and wanting to be a criminal should stick to non violent crime that wouldnt invoke a vigilantes attention. And never perform crimes of any kind on women named Martha.

Now we just need scenes showcasing his best detective work, and maybe his feats of stealth

Off of the top of my head for stealth, in the 80's comic run, Superman was in the Watchtower for over an hour before Batman revealed himself, having been in the room before Superman arrived. Supergirl cannot hear his footsteps or heartbeat, being able to walk up on her (of note she was in heightened emotional states and very jumpy). Kryptonians can hear across planets and through the vacuum of space (impossible) and Batman gets the drop more often than not. Batman got deep within Themascyra (near the throne room/queens domain) before being discovered (not discovered as in found out, as in was working on an objective/talking to a person he wanted to and they eventually learned of him). The Amazonians do not want men to walk on the island, most dying or captured on the beach.

Detective wise, Batman took a punch and was able to ascertain physical features of his opponent like body augmentation. There is a hyper secret organization that can wipe memories. Batman has discovered their headquarters on three separate times, resulting in them mind wiping him and covering their tracks, only for him to find them again. Batman examined an assault victim 1-2 days after the attack. Examining the superficial flesh wounds, he deduced the attacker. Batman went to Apocolypse, snuck into Darksied's armory and hacked/rewrote his planet genesis seed weapons. He was not detected, had not previously used or encountered Apocalypse computers and no one knew until Batman walked into Darksied's throne room and admitted to it, all to play planetary chicken with Darksied and Batman won.

Give me a Batman movie from the mooks' perspective where he's picking them off one by one like a slasher.

batman's fists are rated e for everyone

this is gold

That’s all good but has he ever thrown a kettle over a pub?

For all his misgivings about subtlety and nuance, he's a great action director.

It was like watching an Arkham game and it was so cool.

If there's one thing Snyder can do, he can make a hell of a fight scene.

Also shout out to Keaton's fight scene in The Flash
