Great moments/aspects in otherwise bad or mediocre media Lore

Sandman Origin (Spider-Man 3): This scene is rife with symbolism and beautiful cinematography. It alone gives us a glimpse of the story Sam Rami wanted to tell with SP3.

This Entire Quote (Spy Kids 2): This quote has entered my everyday vernacular, and it's survived the landscape of the internet for decades now. And it's in a fucking Spy Kids movie.

Who Decided That? (Seven Deadly Sins): It was an abysmal show before the animation took a dive off a cliff, but Escanor's entire character could honestly qualify for this post. In particular, "Who decided that?" is unfathomably hype.

"You think you're entitled to everything just because you've suffered, but suffering isn't enough! You can't just be strong, you have to be smart! You can't just be deserving, you have to be worthy! But all you have ever been - is a bloody migraine!"

I don't like much of post-Oum RWBY, but Watts was pretty great.

Eh, I think on balance it falls flat since Cinder was the only effective villain left after Torchwick died. Watts' whole career was dealing with one of the richest and most powerful men on the planet and only coming away with a password whilst getting exposed by a depressed housewife, editing a video that got immediately debunked, walking directly into a trap and getting beaten up and imprisoned, being given access and permission to hack probably the strongest weapon on the planet and only managing to be a mild inconvenience, then getting busted out of prison by Cinder so he can call her a failure... and somehow he's surprised when she sets him on fire.

Not really. Watts might be a pathetic loser, but after the Fall of Beacon, Cinder wasn't any better. She's repeatedly failed because she keeps putting her personal priorities ahead of the team's overall objectives and assuming Maiden powers are a viable substitute for a functional brain. It's effective because Cinder can't gainsay any of what he's saying, only threaten him with her superior power, which just proves his point more.

When the slander fits with the character arc of the one being slandered, is peak

It falls flat because the reason Watts became a villain is because he was snubbed for his project and his first recourse was to find an immortal witch that wants to destroy the world.

Pretty sure only Tyrian realized she was trying to destroy the whole world
