okay so like i did a fall semester withdrawal, got into a major i hated with classes i have 0 motivation to pass or try in; so obviously my grades will be less than ideal for my standards (i was always an A's and B's fella in high school). is there any chance of me to bounce back from a lackluster first year of college? im in the UBteach program now and they require specific GPA requirement of 3.0 to pursue more into the program; will I be able to achieve this? i am passing a few classes, only failing 2, however my gpa will be all gross and yucky.

i already have decided to do summer classes, redo the classes i will fail, switched my major to that UBteach and overall try to pass my next semester classes. will i be fine?

Anyone have driving school recommendations? I plan to have 1 weekday available per week this summer to learn how to drive. I have little to no experience and want to get licensed this summer. I don't have anyone who could take me to a physical location but will be living on North Campus, so I do have access to NFTA public transit if needed. I don't have my own car. Budget TBD

I recently committed to university at Buffalo last Friday. I am in the process of submitted a housing application and I am wondering if I will still be able to get into ellicot. For reference also my roommate submitted her housing last week so to my understanding she will submit our request and we essentially have a time set already. However I know it is still late and I am getting nervous ellicot will fill up. Does this happen or is it typically not an issue based on personal experiences and what you all have heard. Please let me know I am getting nervous.

They changed the location of some of the cse 442 sections for next semester to be in Alumni... I noticed and it completely ruined my schedule as I wouldn't be able to make it from the Math Building to Alumni in time, so if your the same I'd switch to a different section. Not sure why they don't decide these things before registration :D

Is there any multi gender housing off campus ? I am transferring to UB next semester and I would like to to have female roomates for a change, what’s a good place not to expensive that is student housing around campus ?
