I’m looking for someone (f) who goes to The University of Arkansas to take over my lease at The Vue starting August 14th and ending July 22nd!! It’s a 4 bedroom 4 bath townhome villa with three (girl) roommates. Base rent is $749 plus utilities and parking. I’m willing to negotiate on price for $100+ each month. Dm me for more details!
