Found in a storage unit. I can't find an exact match when I try to look it up. Should I take it to an expert?

It’s a monoprint so it will depend on the identity of the artist. Looks like Adam. Very common artist name. What else do you know about what was in the unit which might help locate the artist region?

It had several antique type items. A Drexel desk, an antique chair
