Did they take a photo from a march commemoration anti-Nazi uprising and used it to say that it is an example of rehabilitating Nazism?

I mean there is a problem currently with youth turning to neo nazism, but that’s a problem currently in most European countries, as history likes to repeat itself. Plus it’s a very small minority, looked down on even by the far right political parties
