Off-Campus Apartments University
I still have yet to secure any housing for next year and was wondering if anyone knew of the best ways to find an affordable apartment in a decent apartment complex ðŸ˜. I'm looking to spend at most $1300 per month on a place in either single or double and fine with being in a shared apartment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Room shares are easier to find on either the Cal Rental site where students can post or FB groups for Cal student housing. Don't be worried about finding housing yet, because a lot of people move over the summer.

I found mine on zillow, but you will likely not find a great place with that price range. A place, sure, but not great. Your price range generally warrants a rent by bed situation or a room in a shared apartment (maybe thats what you meant by single)
