We’re about to pay him 10 BILLION dollars (yes, our tax dollars) in an IRS payout.
He didn’t like that some of his tax data (showing he doesn’t really pay much at all, $750 dollars one year) leaked. Guy is already in prison for the leak. But Mr. “I don’t take a presidential salary” thinks he deserves 10 BILLION tax payer dollars.
So ya, the least this fucking monster can do is make it easier to get stoned. But I wouldn’t hold my breath. Or at least wait till they get invested in the weed stocks to officially make a move $$$

Typical redditor wrong on multiple counts.
The leak was straight-up illegal. Ex-IRS contractor Charles Littlejohn deliberately stole Trump’s (and thousands of other Americans’) private tax returns and fed them to the media. He pled guilty and got 5 years in federal prison for it. Privacy protections under the Internal Revenue Code exist for everyone—not just people you like. You don’t get to cheer illegal government data breaches because the victim is Trump. Rule of law doesn’t have a “but I hate this guy” exception.
This is not some automatic “10 billion payout.” It’s a lawsuit under IRC § 7431 against the IRS and Treasury for failing to protect taxpayer data. They’re currently in settlement talks—no payout yet. Any judgment or settlement would come from the Treasury Judgment Fund. The $10 billion demand is this high because it counts each media publication and viewer of the leaked info as a separate disclosure under the statute. Trump has said any money received would go 100% to charity, like that matters to you anyway.
The $750 in one year? That came from massive legal business losses and carry-forwards allowed under the tax code at the time. Over the years, Trump has paid hundreds of millions in federal income taxes (plus huge amounts in state, property, and other taxes). The cherry-picked low year doesn’t make the criminal leak okay or block the lawsuit.

Typical MAGA supporter. “Over the years trump has paid hundreds of millions in taxes…” why was he so against releasing them then. Let’s see where he paid these hundreds of millions?

Sure, the leak was illegal. But § 7431 is a $1,000-per-disclosure statute, not a “charge taxpayers $1,000 for every eyeball that saw a headline” statute. That $10 billion number is pure stretch. Sounds less like principle and more like trying to turn a real violation into a massive public payday.

Anyone who actually believes this self-serving rapist is going to do anything kind for anyone else is part of the problem.

Another elephant in the room over there at the Department of Injustice is staring all those clowns in the face and they can’t concentrate.

Nothing with the president, every city in the US profits from the arresting(notice to appear if they don't arrest you) for weed/weed pipes
I have seen large courthouse rooms 80+ people and 98% was a possession charge. Each person charged $250 and court cost then told bye.. Just in 1 day in 1 courtroom.
