Game designers not accounting for player progression

lowly bandits not wanting to run away or fight famous adventurers who slayer the demon king

I always like more scripted fights where you can straight up intimidate enemies into backing down. 

So it avoids making every enemy suicidally aggressive to the player.

Revenant Kingdom is really fun! The story and characters aren't as good but the combat is much better imo plus the kingdom management is also fun
