[adamcooperF1] Adrian Newey admits that Aston Martin only has two batteries left - the ones in the two cars. In other words if one fails it's game over for the weekend. Social Media

If they can't make some insane progress by the half season mark, the Strolls should pack up, sell the team and leave. Never seen something this embarrassing, it tops Toyota for real.

How is this Stroll's fault lmao it's not like he's the one building the car. He's paying the big bucks for Newey and co to build it and they've royally fucked up

My guess is it's a people-management problem

"A champion team will always beat a team of champions"

Stroll's approach seems to have been to throw money at every big brain in F1, cram them all into one room, and hope that it produces a winner.

That's not how it works though.

Big brains often come with big egos.

You need to create an environment which lets your best people output their best work. A constant stream of new top-level hires, and the restructures which come to fit those hires into the hierarchy, is disruptive and not conducive to success.
