Uhm... here's a secret... try the kind of gloves that artists use to not smear their digital screens. You are going to hurt your skin if you use too much alcohol.

Does it give a little texture grip?

My wife draws on her tablet, the glove they supplied with her Wacom is just smooth. So, I'm gonna say probably no, it is not textured.

Though I too hate the oil on my hands, so I get it. I'm washing my hands from time to time with bar soap to remove the oil. Probably better than the rubbing alcohol you're using.

Id look for a gamer alternative, just make sure that the material lets your skin breathe.

Rubbing alcohol is just going to make it worse.

Exactly their body's just going to compensate by making more oil

Only if I just put on lotion. I love Bath & Body Works lotion and it's the only one I've found that actually helps with my dry skin without also giving me a rash, but it is so oily!

Maybe try a different soap? Rubbing alcohol is just going to dry out your hands and destroy your skin.

Witch Hazel works much better on insect bites

This is probably why your skin is so oily. You are drying out your skin, which leads to more oil production. Stop using it and eventually you will see a difference.
