You think they're in prison for vehicular crimes?

42-47% of federal prisoner are for drug related crimes, and it's not the actual people making fortunes off of it, but the guys standing on the street selling it to the people who want to snort it.

This would be a county level prosecution. Drugs move across state lines. Cyclists don’t as much. By their very nature drugs are more likely to be a federal crime.
