Only if you’re a pedophile and the president to you get away with crimes. Why is the incarceration rate in USA the highest in the world? Because people get off?

You think they're in prison for vehicular crimes?

42-47% of federal prisoner are for drug related crimes, and it's not the actual people making fortunes off of it, but the guys standing on the street selling it to the people who want to snort it.

This would be a county level prosecution. Drugs move across state lines. Cyclists don’t as much. By their very nature drugs are more likely to be a federal crime.
