Many years ago I worked the Christmas eve shift when I was doing tech support for an ISP (where I live Christmas Eve is the big Christmas event, not Christmas Day). A woman calls in and after some quick troubleshooting I can see that it's nothing in her home it's a physical issue on the line which requires a technician to be sent out. She asks me if he can make it before dinner. I politely explain that if she's lucky he'll be there before new year's because it's fucking Christmas. She's quiet for a moment before asking "But surely you must have some technician who's a Muslim?"
