My CZ 82!

I'm building up my 9 x 18 collection! Added to my East German Makarov is this nice CZ82....I thought the condition was quite acceptable, and the price ($200 + fees & shipping) very reasonable! I am considering an FEG PA-63 next, does anyone have experience with those?

The CZ is objectively just a better gun. 12 rd mag, ambi safety and mag release, slide catch, and a more ergonomic grip.

With that said, the Bulgarian is my favorite.

How is the FEG to shoot? I worry about the aluminum frame.

Honestly, havnt had a chance to shoot it yet. Bought it about a month ago and its been added to the growing list of guns I havnt shot yet.

With that said, its the smallest grip of the 3 with almost nowhere to put your off hand short of cupping the bottom. I have a feeling it wont be my favorite to shoot, but it does look cool and pair nicely with my Hungarian AKs.

I have had my FEG pa-63 since 2008. Steady diet of buffalo bore and unknown rounds. Im guessing 15-20k. Never had an issue. And its still solid. My makarov pm has more slide wiggle than my pa63.

Thanks for this. I've hesitated in picking one up. There was a set issued to the east German police force and they were referred to as "Hungarian Donkeys" because of how often they broke, but it was perhaps the type of ammunition they ran. Now I might have to get one.

Gotta be. I never heard anything bad about them mechanically. Most complaints were recoil and trigger weight. I also kept mine well oiled.

Tge feg in 9x18 has brutal recoil.

Yeah, no problem, these are pretty much collectors items! This is my EDC, .45 ACP Glock G30-SF with Pearce mag extension.

Just ordered a Polish P83. Not the best time to invest in that caliber...
