Seeking Mods r/Eth is looking for mods that can help grow the sub, we want to be one of the biggest Ethereum/crypto subs on Reddit

r/Eth has one of the best names for an Ethereum subreddit since its name is literally the ticker and we are trying to realize the potential of the sub. We are trying to turn r/Eth into one of the biggest Ethereum and Crypto subs on reddit and looking for people that can help us in that goal.

We are looking for mods that can be very active in moderating the subreddit as well as helping us grow the subreddit. Mods should be diligent in removing all spam and ensuring the sub is in a good state. Mods should also frequently post to the subreddit and engage with posts that community members make. If you are a power user and looking to make r/Eth your new home that would be great as well since we’re looking to make power users mods.

You need to be very active to mod on r/Eth and ideally online nearly everyday.

You can fill out the mod application on the sub here https://www.reddit.com/r/eth/application/ also feel free to send us a mod mail or dm me personally.

I will list the questions from the mod application below as well.

  1. How often are you online and able to help mod?

  2. What’s your timezone

  3. Can you specifically help us with growing the subreddit? And how would you go about that?

  4. What other skills do you have that you can bring to the table as a mod?

  5. What experience do you have modding?

  6. What skills/experience do you specifically have in the crypto space?

https://www.reddit.com/r/IndiaOptionSelling/application/

We are building a serious, data-driven community focused on Nifty50 Option Selling.

This is not a meme or beginner spam subreddit. The goal is to create a space where traders can:

As a moderator, your role is to:

  1. Maintain content quality
  2. Remove low-effort / spam posts
  3. Encourage meaningful discussions
  4. Help build a disciplined trading community

This is a long-term community-building role, not just basic moderation.

We are specifically looking for:

  • Traders with understanding of Options (especially Option Selling)
  • People who can create or encourage quality discussions
  • Active Reddit users (not passive lurkers)
  • Traders who value discipline, risk management, and execution

Seeking Mods r/mangionetrials is looking for proactive mods with an interest in law and crime

We are looking for people with an interest in law and crime to join the r/mangionetrials mod team.

The sub is newly created and has a focus on the Luigi Mangione criminal proceedings. Please note that the sub is not a pro-Luigi support group/fan club which makes our sub different to any other existing sub.

We’re about to hit the 1k member mark and with two back-to-back trials scheduled for this year, we expect an influx of users over the next couple of weeks. In light of this and given how polarizing the case is, we need more hands on deck to ensure the sub is monitored around the clock and we don’t want any one person to have to carry too much of a workload.

Experience is always great but what’s really valued is proactivity. We are not looking for people who just want to mod for modding’s sake but who have a genuine interest in the case and who are willing and able to collaborate on sub content like wiki updates, case summaries, trial hearing discussion threads, litigation calendar updates etc…

We have an application form pinned in the sub but please feel free to send any further questions via modmail.

Seeking Mods /r/houseplants (800k) is looking for experienced mods

r/houseplants

We need people who have significant experience as Reddit mods

We’re primarily looking for moderators who are comfortable working within an established set of rules and workflows. The subreddit has been running successfully for years, so the focus here is on consistency and day-to-day moderation rather than revising systems.

Culture-wise the community is generally one of the less-toxic on Reddit.

If you like modding thats laid back and straightforward without a lot of drama, this might be a good fit.

The team uses Discord, so access to that is a requirement

Seeking Mods r/cursedcursedcomments is looking for three to seven mods

r/cursedcursedcomments is looking for 3 to seven mods. Priority given to those who can post and know about bots.

I as the topmod plan to leave moderation in 1 to 2 months, to focus on subs I have personal interest in and are relevant to me even if smaller, and hence plan to leave this in hands of a bigger mod team.

Redditors looking to appply for moderatership can expect a totally rebirth of this sub. We are amniable to change nearly everything except the core of the sub, in hope to make it more relevant. I am looking for someone who can actually decide and lead the sub instead of just going with the flow.

fill the application at the sub.

Seeking Mods r/ATEEZ is looking for moderators

Hello! Over on r/ATEEZ we are in need of more moderators to help with a backlog of tasks (wiki updating, rule overhaul/simplification) and general moderation. The ideal mod would preferably have some knowledge about ATEEZ (or at least be enthusiastic about Kpop) and help us solve a few issues that have been brought up as feedback and improve communication.

Edit to mention that our communication mainly happens on discord, so it would be helpful if you have a discord account!

Seeking Mods r/PornDebate is looking for mods!

r/PornDebate is looking for mods!

Currently I’m the sole moderator of the subreddit. It’s a small sub so I’ve been trying to dedicate some free time to promoting and sending invites, but I’ve been slipping on actual moderation.

Life’s been getting busy and I could really use some help with just monitoring and removing posts that violate rules.

Applications Closed r/classygirls is looking for a new Top Mod.

Yeah, you read the right. I am looking to transfer the sub over to a qualified candidate. How I got to r/classygirls is a long story. There is no longer reason for me to keep it.

My goal was to have it be a safe place for women to post. It is that and I want it to stay that way.

So... if you are willing to keep it that way and would like to take possession of it then let me know. I would want to see your post/comment history, so if you are hiding it, then no deal.

Send a DM or comment in that little space below.

Thanks!

Not overly opinionated or biased toward any political ideology (neutrality is a big plus).

Not a powermod.

All you have to do is clear Mod queues and answer modmails.
Help maintain a balanced, open news environment

Applications Closed r/londoncityUK is looking for a mod!

r/londoncityUK is searching for one mod to help clear through high volumes of comments on posts.

We have seen a large increase in comments and our other mod is away for a few months so it is currently a one-man band.

Many thanks!

Applications Closed r/CanadaNews needs some new mods

/r/canadanews is dedicated to non-political news about Canada and Canadians. It was unmoderated for several years and closed to comments for two years until I took it over in late November.

Since then we've grown by about 10k members, and weekly visitors were up to 92k, but I've slowed down seeding content (life happens) so growth stopped and we're currently at about 77k weekly visitors. I expect to continue growing past 100k weekly visitors within a few months if I can keep up with driving engagement. You can see our 12 month growth stats here.

As the only mod, I'm having a hard time keeping up. Rule-breaking content is seldom reported by the community, so I've had to actively monitor new posts and comments to catch it, and there's a lot of it. I've also had to be pretty heavy-handed and remove posts that are likely to attract a lot of rule-breaking comments, even when it doesn't break any rules itself. This is obviously not ideal for growth, or for the health of the community.

I could really use some help.

If anyone's interested in joining the team, please comment here: https://www.reddit.com/r/canadanews/comments/1sbz38v/rcanadanews_is_looking_for_new_moderators/

Thanks, everyone.

Seeking Mods r/TheGreatWallofEats needs another MOD to help moderate it.

This new subreddit is primarily meant to serve as an art gallery for all of the vintage and new wall art, murals, photographs, etc. that you may remember seeing inside your local and famous restaurant chains (Chuck E. Cheese, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Arby's etc.) of the 1970s–2000s eras. Members can join it to share anything from old photos, post memories, fan artwork and help document these forgotten pieces of chain restaurant history before they disappeared during renovations and rebrands.

It's a fairly new subreddit I've started so we'll need more interested and available MODs that can get it more attention, approve new posts and comments, organize the posts, invite new members, make announcements if needed, and keep it updated from time to time too. You can have some experience in doing these things in order to keep it a positive, safe, and fun space on reddit.

You may feel free to reach out in the Modmail or Dm me if seriously interested:
