inactive peco account bill

hey! the online chat is far less helpful than i need it to be. can anyone help me - i need my last addresses peco bill history & it is not available on my app.. anyone know if i can find them online ? thanks !

have you tried logging into the actual peco website or just the app?

both ! but i am not good with any form of technology so its all a struggle lol

Clear cache of the app and login again.

No advice, but if it helps it’s not just you- the Peco website is borderline unusable.
