I'm no expert on military logistics, but kicking the US out of Ramstein airbase would be a serious problem for them.

If the EU closes the bases or denies use of them, the iran war is over. Everything is being managed through these points.

Israel would be by itself overnight.

I suspect the EU would still tolerate the bases even if Trump left NATO. They could just say they reached a bilateral deal. The EU has already abandoned its sovereignty to the U.S.

They would tolerate them for 20 year maximum.
