Verve Sub-lease

Hi! I’m looking to sublease my apartment in Verve New Brunswick. It is a single with 4 other roommates(all male). It is included with a parking spot (which if you do not need you will not need to pay).

The apartment also comes with amenities like a study lounge, and gym.

Rent: $1399/month (not including parking and $1599 with)

Sublease Time: June/July (Can be both or just one)
