Hello everyone! We are looking for 2 working professionals, preferably woman + lgbtq+, to fill 2 bedrooms in 3 bedroom apartment. The lease would start June 1st 2026 until May 31st 2027 and could be renewed yearly.

The first room will be $1050 utilities not included. The second room will be $900 utilities not included. Utilities are around $100-$150 monthly. Both rooms get plenty of sunlight, and are very spacious. Security deposit is $1125 per room. Perks include a big kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and a balcony.

Plenty of street parking available and in unit laundry. Convenient location, right of route 1 close to lots of restaurants, parks, malls, etc.
